WinstonBrock Recruitment, on behalf of our Hamilton Based Wholesale Distribution Client, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor.As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the distribution and production center.Key Responsibilities: * Supervision: Lead by example and manage a team of 7 - 15 warehouse associates, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.

• Inventory Control: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records. Implement and improve inventory management processes to minimize discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control standards to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.
• Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization of workflow, and cost reduction within the warehouse.
• Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and space.

Qualifications:

• Three years experience in warehouse supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse systems.
• Forklift Certification.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of material handling best practices and safety protocols.
• Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
