Aspiring to be The Global SCM Innovator, we deliver integrated and multimodal logistics services, connecting every corner of the world via air, sea and land. https://america.cjlogistics.com/ PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Sign driver in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork \xc2\xb7 Assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads \xc2\xb7 Process Bills of Lading and associated shipping and receiving documents \xc2\xb7 Reconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity \xc2\xb7 Provide a strong level of customer service to internal and external customers \xc2\xb7 Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules \xc2\xb7 Work closely with management and leads to accomplish daily goals \xc2\xb7 Report errors and/ or issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy \xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. \xc2\xb7 Performs all duties in a safe and timely manner QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: \xc2\xb7 High School Diploma/GED equivalent required \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of warehouse procedures \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 PC Experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \xc2\xb7 Previous warehouse management systems (WMS) experience preferred \xc2\xb7 Basic math and reading skills necessary \xc2\xb7 Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast moving environment \xc2\xb7 Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customers \xc2\xb7 Previous Shipping and Receiving experience in a warehouse environment \xc2\xb7 Speaking Korean or Chinese is plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
