Job Description


Our company, a logistic management, distribution, and warehousing enterprise is expanding and requires the right person to join their team and contribute to the on-going success of their operation. We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Warehouse Account Manager. Under the direction of the manager, efficiency and customer service will be a priority. The Warehouse Account Manager is accountable to facilitate the receiving and storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials, effectively managing the timely flow of order processing. The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks:

  • Responsible for creating customer orders in Accelos,
  • Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Coordinate and communicate with warehouse teams (order correction, preparation of referrals as well as internal transfers and those to the customer),
  • Data entry for both shipping and receiving into the Trucking Management System (TMS);
  • Update and track all pickups and deliveries, count the inventory cycle
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Work closely with dispatch to ensure flawless transition of information
  • Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team;
  • Ensure that charges are communicated to customers and billed accordingly
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within the team, as well as cross functionally;
  • Take care of import-export and relations with customs officers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of customer service (in the trucking industry, an asset);
  • Ability to communicate well in French.
  • Energetic, hard-working, great attitude, sense of urgency, team player;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office and Truckmate (Asset).
