Responsibilities include, but are not limited to data entry, including database entry; ordering and maintaining supplies; required transport functions in accordance with unit and Health Centre policies.Hours of WorkCoverage required Monday - Friday, 0800-1600Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate from a recognized Office Administration Program preferred
• Minimum of six (6) months related administrative experience preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role an asset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs/technology required (testing may be conducted on candidates)
• Keyboarding skills minimum of 40 wpm required, 60 wpm is preferred (testing may be conducted on candidates)
• Knowledge of SAP an asset
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology an asset
• Knowledge of Meditech preferred
• Working knowledge of MSM system an asset
• Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Demonstrated ability to respectfully work with a variety of inter-professional team members required
• High degree of initiative, diligence, attention to detail, and self-discipline/focus
• Commitment to continual learning and willing to share knowledge and support the development of co-workers
• Demonstrated commitment to Family Centered Care required
• Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills required
• Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
