Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about ingredients or preparation.
Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for guests.
Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu changes.
Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring the dining area is sanitized and organized.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
