Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal and addressing any concerns or requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Experience with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with the food industry and different types of cuisine
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Cashiering experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.59-$19.57 per hour
