About Us:

Kosh & Chai is a vibrant cafe and restaurant located in the heart of Toronto at St. Clair and Dufferin. We're passionate about serving delicious food in a warm, welcoming environment.

We are seeking a team member to assist with dinner-time customer service from

5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

on business days.

As a waiter / server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customers receive top-notch service throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

:

Take and serve food and beverage orders, collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly. Process payments through cashiering procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned. Help with opening and closing duties as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.

Requirements:

Previous waiter / server experience preferred, but not required. A passion for food service and customer service. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Demonstrate strong work ethic and professional attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
