Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed Process payments accurately through cashiering duties Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Skills

Previous restaurant experience in a food service role is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of food handling and safety practices Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated Familiarity with sanitation standards in the food industry is essential Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
