Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a valid
ProServe certification
Minimum3 years of experience
in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredPreferred Qualifications
Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures Previous experience with upselling and promoting menu specials Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally
What You Will Do
Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner Earn great and generous tips Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks to tables while ensuring quality and presentation standards Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience Handle payments and close out guest checks Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines Assist team members and contribute to a positive work environment
