We are looking for an experienced VP/Director of Finance to lead and oversee financial operations and strategy for clients organization. This senior leadership role will involve driving financial planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing processes to support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in financial management and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and drive long-term growth.

• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.

• Manage accounting functions, including the preparation of financial statements and compliance reporting.

• Lead financial analysis and reporting to support key decision-making processes.

• Optimize the use of accounting software systems and tools for improved efficiency.

• Supervise payroll operations and ensure seamless integration with financial services such as ADP.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with CRM systems and organizational objectives.

• Streamline expense management through tools like Concur to maintain cost control.

• Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams, fostering growth and collaboration.

• Perform ad hoc financial tasks and analyses to address specific business needs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management or related roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools such as 3M and Concur.

• Experience with ADP financial services and CRM systems is essential.

• Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards.

• Demonstrated ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams.

• Advanced understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
