As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will champion all areas of quality governance and oversight in alignment with operational and business initiatives. The VP, Quality is responsible for contributing and adhering to the organization\xe2\x80\x99s global quality strategy to achieve the best service standards and outcomes for customers and the company.
Reporting to the EVP, General Counsel & Corp Secretary you will be tasked with measuring KPIs associated with quality; employing continuous improvement strategies; while partnering with other functional areas to nurture a strong quality culture and continue to evolve a world-class quality program across the business.
