We are looking for a

Vice President of Sales

to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our automation solutions into new industries. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, refining our go-to-market strategy, and scaling our sales initiatives.

Role Overview



As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for selling our advanced automation systems, identifying and breaking into new industries, and expanding on our current sales efforts. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of robotics, automation, and industrial sales, as well as a track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities



Drive Sales Growth

- Lead sales efforts for our lumber automation solutions, while identifying and penetrating new markets where automation can bring efficiency and innovation.

Strategic Business Development

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase revenue, expand our customer base, and solidify our market presence.

Industry Expansion

- Research and identify new industries where JAKS Automation can provide value and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Client & Partner Relations

- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, system integrators, and OEM partners to drive long-term business growth.

Sales Leadership & Execution

- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and sales objectives while mentoring team members.

Market & Competitive Analysis

- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging automation technologies to refine our sales strategies.

Collaboration with Engineering & Operations

- Work closely with the technical team to align sales strategies with product capabilities and customer needs.

Revenue Forecasting & KPI Management

- Establish key sales metrics, track performance, and ensure revenue targets are met.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Proven experience in sales leadership within the robotics, automation, or industrial technology sector. Strong background in selling automation systems, industrial robotics, and control solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients. A track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth. Experience in identifying and expanding into new industries where automation can bring value. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and drive results. Knowledge of PLC, robotics, motion control, and industrial automation technologies is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
