Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Greet fans warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Provide directions and general information about seating, amenities, and promotions Assist with crowd flow and maintain a welcoming environment Support fan engagement activities (e.g., giveaways, contests, theme nights) Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and escalate concerns when necessary Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Contribute to the overall game day atmosphere
