Responsibilities



Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and snacks with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and answering questions about menu items. Assist in marketing initiatives to promote new products and engage the community. Collect data on customer preferences to help improve service offerings. Participate in administrative tasks such as inventory management and scheduling. Lead training sessions for new employees to ensure they understand product preparation and customer service standards.

Get hands-on training on our coffee equipment to craft delicious coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks.

Create Connections:

Greet customers with a friendly smile, take their orders, and help foster our cafe's warm atmosphere.

Support Daily Operations:

Assist with essential tasks like stocking supplies, keeping the condiment station tidy, and ensuring the cafe looks its best.

Team Up:

Work alongside our cafe's owner to learn the ins and outs of a growing small business.
