Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications related to LCBC programs, including
She Latina
and
Go Expand
.Manage and respond to general inquiries, emails, and partnership communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Support the planning and coordination of
events, workshops, and networking sessions
, including logistics, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications.
Collaborate closely with the
marketing team
to align communications, promotional materials, and social media content with program goals and key events.
Liaise with
community members, partners, mentors, and program participants
to provide information, support, and engagement opportunities.
Maintain and update databases, participant lists, and CRM systems to ensure accurate and accessible records for all LCBC initiatives.
Provide onsite and administrative support for
Latincouver and LCBC events
, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent participant experience.
Draft, edit, and organize agreements, reports, and official templates for program use and partner communication.
Work collaboratively across departments to
develop new ideas, initiatives, and partnerships
that strengthen LCBC's impact and visibility within the business and cultural community.
Qualifications/Skills:
University or college in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Good communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
Competent in the use of Google Workspace.
Experience organizing data and creating presentations.

Proactive
Self-organized
Detail-oriented
Desirable: competent in the use of Slack, ClickUp, and Canva
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Google Drive
1+ year of experience with administrative tasks
Knowledge of Latin American culture and Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.
Working hours
: 15-20 hours per week (3 months)
