Position Overview

We are looking for Finance professionals for our Volumetric and Production organization to be involved in accounting activities for existing and new challenging scenarios which require interactions with our different business lines.

Our Volumetric accounting organization supports external financial and internal stewardship reporting and analysis by ensuring that hydrocarbon movements are properly recorded and validated. Volumetric Analysts are responsible to record and reconcile volumetric movements in terminals, in transit, other non-manufacturing locations or in manufacturing plants in compliance with all key controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Record and reconcile volumetric movements. Perform month-end close process for assigned areas of responsibility. High interaction & involvement with the business. Record all volumetric movements in manufacturing plants, including inventory, production, consumption, etc. Book oil loss items and calculate oil loss percentage. Perform month-end close process for assigned areas of responsibility, including reconciliation of inventory. Manage troubleshoot inquiries from internal customers and external contacts. Complete government reporting on an accurate and timely basis. Participate in process improvement projects and automation. Ensure financial integrity of financial and inventory data. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has a strong finance background and has the following skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent with min. 2 semesters of accounting. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Precision and attention to details, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Can-do attitude, willingness to take initiative and seek challenges. Ability to influence others and work in a team environment. Good communication, collaboration, and coordination skills. Interest in digital innovation and continuous improvement, transformational mindset. Motivation to learn and grow, to progress your career and expand your responsibilities. Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations and teams Proactivity, drive and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:

Bilingual Adaptative to change Strong IT skills: SAP, Analytics, Automation, Data Visualization, Excel
