About Us:
Kingston Volleyball Academy is launching its first winter programs, offering training, camps, clinics, and private sessions for athletes of all ages. We are dedicated to developing skilled, confident, and passionate volleyball players in a supportive and fun environment.Position Overview:
We are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Volleyball Coaches to help us deliver programming in Winter 2026 and beyond. You will work with various age groups (U10, U14, U18), lead training sessions, and foster a positive learning environment. Flexible scheduling is available based on your availability.Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging volleyball training sessions for different age groups (U10, U14, U18) Lead clinics, camps, and weekly programming Provide individual skill development and feedback Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all participants
Qualifications:
Experience coaching or playing volleyball Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and ability to motivate athletes Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one) First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
Compensation:
Paid hourly to lead clinics, camps, and weekly programming Flexible schedule based on your availability
