The Visual Directive Specialist works directly with Field Visual and Operational teams to maximize Company visual presentation by identifying market needs and develop appropriate strategies to support brand, image and sales initiatives. The Visual Directive Specialist is responsible for maximizing sales productivity through effective implementation of visual presentation strategies and directives within Forever21, support store operations in the overall store merchandising, coordinate all visual presentation activities at store level and train store personnel in the area of visual presentation.

Essential Job Functions

• Implement visual presentation strategies with store personnel, ensuring visual directions meet Company standards

• Liaise with all field visual personnel, ensuring all visual updates are communicated via phone and email in an effective and timely manner

• Ensure marketing is coordinated and executed effectively

• Coordinate all visual presentation activities pertaining to designated Forever21 stores

• Contribute ideas to enhance Sirens field visual presentation.

• Communicate and coordinate changes and action plans with the Visual Team and Operational Team (manager and DM)

• Analyze Forever21 store merchandising strategies to elevate Company standards

• Analyze merchandise results and create plans to maximize sales

• Support the effective execution of new store openings and all new store visual rollout initiatives

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in fashion arts or a fashion related field preferred

• 3+ years\' of retail management or visual merchandising experience is required
