Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our healthcare team. Duties

Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to each patient's needs Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress using electronic health record systems such as Epic Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy approaches accordingly Educate patients and families on treatment options, coping strategies, and wellness practices Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and ethical standards Stay current with industry best practices through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Experience working in a medical office environment is preferred Familiarity with electronic health record system is a plus Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare settings Optical experience is advantageous but not required Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
