The platform offers assessments, evidence-based treatment, medication management, and 24/7 support across provinces, prioritizing privacy and equity.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver goal-oriented therapy via secure video, using CBT and behavioral interventions for mental health concerns including ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Educate clients on daily strategies like task chunking, exposure exercises, cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, and habit-building routines. Document progress digitally, manage caseloads, handle crises, and ensure cultural sensitivity.

Required Qualifications

Hold an active independent license in Canada (e.g., RP, CCC, or provincial equivalents like BC RCC) with at least 1 year post-licensure telehealth experience. Show CBT proficiency with adaptations for common issues like ADHD executive dysfunction or anxiety management. Have reliable internet, platform skills (e.g., Zoom), and liability insurance.

Preferred Skills

Experience with mainstream evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and DBT.

Added advantage:

Specialized approaches such as ERP for OCD, PE/CPT for PTSD, and exposure therapy for social anxiety. Expertise in virtual assessments, homework for behavioral change (e.g., daily strategies for ADHD, anxiety management), and serving diverse Canadian clients remotely. Commitment to ongoing training and familiarity with provincial regulations.
