What You'll Do



Moderator & Hybrid Team Oversight



Act as the primary point of escalation for the moderation/hybrid technician team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to moderators--especially new hires. Create and manage a

moderator shadowing program

to support onboarding and development. Implement and lead

moderator workshops

to promote continuous growth and improvement. Foster a strong internal culture by building

communication structures and team cohesion

among moderators and hybrid techs.

Training, Quality, & Improvement



Maintain and regularly update all

moderator training documents and toolkits

. Review and enhance training schedules, presentation templates, and Zoom features to reflect best practices. Drive

coaching and quality assurance

, pairing moderators for peer mentorship and tracking performance. Collaborate with the internal team to continually

improve the meeting experience for clients

. Collect, review, and summarize post-meeting survey feedback. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies based on the results. Reach out to clients for testimonials following positive feedback.

Logistics & Coordination



Schedule moderator and hybrid technician coverage for meetings, ensuring all shifts are filled. Track moderator

availability, time-off requests

, and maintain weekly scheduling calendars. Reconcile moderator hours and entries for payroll submission. Interview new moderator and hybrid technician candidates and complete the onboarding and training as required, supporting hiring as the team grows.

Reporting & Success Metrics



Track and report on team performance and success metrics (e.g. coverage, satisfaction, feedback, errors). Monitor and analyze trends related to client satisfaction and internal team performance. Continually

strive to enhance the client experience

through process improvements and innovation.

Who You Are



Strong communicator and team leader with a knack for operations. You're comfortable making decisions and leading processes, but also know when to escalate or ask for input. You're familiar with online meeting tools like Zoom, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace. Experience in scheduling, team support, admin coordination, or client service is a plus. You're organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with care. Bonus: You have experience working with distributed/remote teams. Bonus: You have property/condominium management experience

Bonus: You have experience with streaming platforms and don't shy from being front and center - you have charisma!

Pay: From $27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
