About the Role:

We're looking for a VIP Host, an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-touch, customer-facing environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service to VIP clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strong relationships with VIP players
  • Provide personalized support and handle escalated issues
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver custom offers and rewards
  • Maintain accurate account information and manage sensitive data with discretion
  • Gather feedback to help improve the overall player experience
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in VIP support, hospitality, or customer success (gaming industry experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, discreet, and highly customer-focused
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
