Job Description

We are looking for workers who live primarily in the Falmouth/Windsor and surrounding area as our location will be convenient for your travelling. You must be interesting in learning about all the aspects of growing grapes, enjoy the outdoors, be a hard worker and be dependable. We will need you to start this season as soon as possible. You will work closely with others while learning the trade. Experience is a plus but not necessary. This position is only open to those who live in Canada and who can work here legally. We are not accepting applications from those who live in another country and are unable to currently work here. You should be: \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and conscientious. \xc2\xb7 A decision maker with the ability to work with a crew. \xc2\xb7 A team player with critical thinking skills. You should be able to tolerate: \xc2\xb7 Physically demanding activities along with carrying heavy loads. \xc2\xb7 Repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment which requires eye-hand coordination. \xc2\xb7 Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods of time. \xc2\xb7 Being outside in wet, cold, or hot temperatures. You must be able to: \xc2\xb7 Have reliable transportation to and from the vineyard. There is no public transportation available. \xc2\xb7 Consider working evenings and weekends. \xc2\xb7 Supply your own work gloves, safety shoes and protective clothing.
