What's the Job?

We're looking for a Videographer & Editor who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and loves crafting engaging video content.

This role involves attending monthly recurring shoots with our social media clients, working alongside a Creative Director, Social Media Manager, and Project Coordinators to brainstorm, shoot, and edit content that stands out and drives engagement.

You'll be hands-on in both production and post-production, ensuring content is sharp, on-trend, and delivering measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Collaboration & Brainstorming

Work closely with the Creative Director, Social Media Manager, and Project Coordinators to develop content ideas. Bring your own creative vision while staying open to collaboration and feedback. Keep up with social media trends and industry best practices to create content that performs.
Video Production

Shoot and edit high-quality short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for our clients. Capture engaging behind-the-scenes, product shots, brand storytelling, and dynamic visuals. Ensure every shoot is organized, efficient, and delivers high-value content.
Post-Production & Delivery

Edit, colour grade, and finalize content for a polished and professional finish. Maintain efficient turnaround times without compromising quality.

Who We're Looking For

You know how to make a shot look great and tell a compelling story. You work fast, smart, and efficiently. You get the shot and move with purpose. You thrive in a team environment and collaborate well with other creatives. You understand social media video trends and how to create content that performs. You're self-motivated and want to grow into bigger roles and larger productions.

Preferred (But Not Required):

Experience with photography. Experience with Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects). Experience flying a drone. Experience with lighting setups for different types of productions.

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
