Jas Oberoi Group is looking to add a full-time Videographer and Editor to our high-energy team. The ideal candidate would consider themselves a visual storyteller with a passion for creating engaging content for a broad range of clients in the real estate industry.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Proficient in shooting with SLR, mirrorless cameras and gimbal Experienced in videography for various types of videos, including Short informational videos, Tiktoks, Real Estate Listings, Podcast Filming, Event Promotion and more Skilled in editing using Premiere Pro Capable of managing video projects within a team Able to format, layout, and edit multiple styles of videos, including Video Podcasts Consistently creates engaging videos in a variety of methods Collaborates effectively with a team and follows direction Works efficiently to meet deadlines Has a cohesive understanding of Company Branding and Implementation

Assets Include:

Experienced in SEO/FB Ads & Google Adwords with the ability to leverage this experience as an asset Skilled in social media promotion and maintaining social networks Capable of conducting research to understand audience preferences and stay current with market trends, both present and future.

Necessity

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro 2 years related experience in social media operation and video editing is preferred Proven experience and skills in publishing creative works on various online platforms Willingness to learn about market trends and to take constructive criticism Must have his/ her vehicle

Salary:

From $25-$30/hour with bonus pay Negotiable depending on contract.
