This role blends
video production, editing, social growth, and startup execution
across three primary areas:
A growing
golf and performance content platform
Our
marketing agency's brand, education, and promotional content
Client-facing video projects
(education, promos, and social content)
This is
not
a narrow production role. You'll work closely with the founder and internal team to create high-quality content that educates, converts, and builds authority across platforms.
Film and edit high-quality video content across multiple brands, including:
Golf performance, training, and behind-the-scenes content
Agency education videos, thought leadership, and promotional content
Client-facing videos (educational, social, promotional, and testimonial-style)
Produce both:
Long-form content (YouTube, website, education modules)
Short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, paid and organic social)
Manage production setup (camera, audio, lighting) and on-location shoots
Organize footage, assets, templates, and content libraries
Social Media & Channel Growth
Help build and manage social channels for:
Golf/performance brand(s)
Agency social presence
Select client accounts (as needed)
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
Assist with posting schedules, captions, and basic performance tracking
Experiment with hooks, formats, and styles to improve reach and engagement
Agency & Client Content Support
Create internal and external agency content, including:
Educational videos (SEO, Google Ads, websites, practice growth)
Brand and promotional videos
Case studies and explainers
Support client video needs such as:
Social media content
Website videos
Patient education or promotional clips
Collaborate with internal teams to align video content with marketing strategy
Startup & Operations Support
Assist with content planning, ideation, and scheduling
Support shoots, coordination, and logistics
Help improve workflows, templates, and production efficiency
Be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup-style environment
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Full-time salaried role
Base salary: $55,000 - $75,000 CAD
