About the Role

We're looking for a

licensed Physiotherapist

who is excited by performance, movement, and golf -- and who wants to be part of building something

non-traditional

. You'll work closely with a primary client (founder) on rehabilitation, movement quality, and golf performance, while also contributing to the development of a growing

golf performance and content platform

.

This is

not

a standard clinic job. There are no back-to-back patient bookings, no production quotas, and no insurance mill.

Core Responsibilities - Physiotherapy & Performance (Primary Focus)

Provide ongoing physiotherapy care including: IMS / dry needling (required) Manual therapy and soft tissue techniques Joint mobilizations/manipulations (preferred) Corrective and performance-based exercise programming Oversee rehab, movement prep, and performance training Coach and cue during rehab sessions and workouts Track progress and adapt programming as needed Support golf-specific performance, mobility, and injury prevention

Content & Platform Support

Assist with development of golf and performance-related content: Filming rehab, training, and golf performance sessions Appearing on camera for demonstrations or education when appropriate Help structure training programs, educational frameworks, and digital content Light involvement in: Content planning and ideation Social media or platform support Coordination with editors or contractors

Business & Growth Support (Evolving Over Time)

Support operational or administrative tasks related to the platform Assist with a small personal client base (friends, family, golf network) if mutually agreed Participate in shaping future initiatives such as: Digital training programs Workshops or clinics A small golf performance or rehab studio (if launched)

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Full-time or part-time salaried role

Base salary: $60,000 - $75,000 CAD

, depending on experience and skill set No clinic quotas or volume-based pressure

Performance-based upside
