Responsibilities

Short-Form Production: Independently edit and produce high-retention video content specifically optimized for social media algorithms and mobile-first viewing behaviors. Production Support: Assist senior designers during live shoots by managing equipment setup, lighting, and B-roll capture. Motion Graphics & Typography: Implement simple dynamic text animations, subtitles to enhance narrative pacing and viewer retention. Audio Post-Production: Execute sound design, including SFX selection and music synchronization, to increase impact and engagement. Thumbnail Design: Create high-CTR static thumbnails and cover images that visually complement the video content and drive click-throughs. Market Intelligence: Conduct regular research on viral trends and visual styles to inform creative brainstorming and keep content relevant. Performance Analysis: Monitor post-launch KPIs (impressions and engagement) across platforms to assess video effectiveness and report findings. Iterative Optimization: Apply data-driven insights to refine edits, adjust pacing, and implement visual

Required Qualifications

Basic knowledge in video editing and graphic design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling scripts effectively. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and storytelling. Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting to an audience.
