We are currently looking for a talented, creative and motivated Video Content Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Studio Director, the Video Content Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the creation of all video production content for all brands across all platforms. Content creation includes: Lifestyle videos, Product videos, Advertising videos, and any other brand-related videos. The Video Content Supervisor will be tasked with elevating Battat\'s video production team. As the leader of this team, you will work with videographers, editors, studio assistants, and any additional team members deemed necessary to improving video production efficiencies and quality control. You will work collaboratively with Sales & Marketing, Product Development, and Art Department teams throughout the entire creative process: from creative ideation through to delivery with the objective to optimize processes and output quality visual assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all steps of video content creation including: reviewing content briefs with video team, creative ideation, storyboarding, shot listing, set design, filming, editing, and delivery;
  • Communicate and coordinate with various departments (Sales & Marketing, Art Department, Product Development, Photography studio) to effectively organize and lead the video production team;
  • Advise existing and new video team members on best practices in video production to achieve and maintain high quality production value, such as camera, lighting & editing techniques, staging of products, and any other factors that will best showcase the product;
  • Supervise deliverables: scheduling and deadlines, technical requirements in production and post-production, formatting for various platforms, file and data management;
  • Help build brand visibility for our toys across all platforms by maintaining a strong understanding of all brands, including Art Department team\'s guidelines and brand priorities in order to successfully showcase product features and differentiation;
  • Continuous collaboration with Social media team to identify new video trends across platforms to ensure our brands are participating in the said trends;
  • Cultivate a collaborative and motivating environment within the video production team.
Skills, Competencies & Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in video production and post production;
  • Strong coordination and management skills;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Creative, out-of-the box thinker and extremely proficient, deadline-driven multi-tasker;
  • Commitment to a high quality of work and willingness to learn/grow as an artist;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Willingness and flexibility to take on special projects and tasks;
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of video production.
