Developper et mettre en oeuvre des methodologies de mise en service de pointe specifiquement adaptees aux installations critiques
Diriger une equipe de chefs de projet de mise en service dans un role de joueur/entraineur
Superviser plusieurs projets de mise en service simultanes tout en gerant directement les engagements clients cles
Servir d'autorite technique pour les defis complexes de mise en service et les decisions strategiques
Servir de point de contact principal pour les relations clients a haute valeur
Etablir et maintenir des cadres d'assurance qualite rigoureux et des protocoles de verification
Coordonner efficacement avec les entrepreneurs, consultants et equipes internes
Contribuer l'expertise technique aux appels d'offres, presentations clients et initiatives de developpement commercial
Stimuler l'amelioration continue des processus de mise en service par l'innovation et la mise en oeuvre des meilleures pratiques
Ce que vous apportez
Diplome de baccalaureat en ingenierie ou domaine technique connexe
7 a 10+ annees d'experience en gestion de projet et mise en service dans des environnements de centres de donnees/installations critiques
Experience demontree en leadership dans la gestion d'equipes techniques
Comprehension avancee des principes et methodologies de mise en service
Connaissance approfondie de l'infrastructure de centres de donnees et des systemes critiques
Comprehension approfondie des processus de mise en service pour des systemes integres complexes
Capacite prouvee a developper et encadrer des professionnels techniques
Solides competences de prise de decision dans des environnements haute pression
Flexibilite pour voyager sur les sites de projet selon les besoins
Experience avec les normes et reglementations industrielles pour les environnements critiques
Maitrise des plateformes logicielles de gestion de projet et de mise en service
Excellentes capacites de communication a tous les niveaux organisationnels

Drive excellence in mission-critical commissioning by leading specialized teams, establishing best practices, and ensuring successful project delivery for complex data center environments. This leadership role combines technical commissioning expertise with strategic project management to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What you will do:
Developing and implementing industry-leading commissioning methodologies specifically tailored for mission-critical facilities
Leading a team of commissioning project managers in a player/coach capacity
Overseeing multiple concurrent commissioning projects while directly managing key client engagements
Serving as technical authority for complex commissioning challenges and strategic decisions
Serving as primary point of contact for high-value client relationships
Establishing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance frameworks and verification protocols
Coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Contributing technical expertise to RFPs, client pitches, and business development initiatives
Driving continuous improvement of commissioning processes through innovation and best practice implementation
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
7-10+ years of experience in project management and commissioning within data center/mission-critical environments
Demonstrated leadership experience in technical team management
Advanced understanding of commissioning principles and methodologies
Comprehensive knowledge of data center infrastructure and critical systems
In-depth understanding of commissioning processes for complex integrated systems
Proven ability to develop and mentor technical professionals
Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
Experience with industry standards and regulations for critical environments
Proficiency with project management and commissioning software platforms
Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels
Strategic thinking with focus on both tactical execution and long-term planning
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands
Commitment to continuous professional development and industry engagement
Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)*
