We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our educational leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping school policies, supporting instructional excellence, and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
Oversee curriculum development to ensure alignment with educational standards and student needs.
Lead efforts in fundraising initiatives to support school programs and infrastructure improvements.
Manage the school budget, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources effectively.
Supervise faculty and staff, providing mentorship, evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
Oversee classroom management strategies and support teachers in improving instructional practices.
Ensure compliance with provincial education regulations.
Facilitate communication between administration, teachers, students, parents, and the wider community.
Represent the school at public events, engaging in public speaking to promote school initiatives.
Support student discipline policies and promote a safe, inclusive environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in management and senior leadership roles.
Extensive classroom teaching experience combined with supervising or managing educational staff.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike.
Excellent public speaking skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
Experience working directly with students across various age groups.
Background in education administration or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
