Vice President, Retail
The Vice President, Retail will leverage their deep understanding of non-food general merchandise retailing and how to appropriately apply it to new channels (such as, in this case, Quick Service Restaurants) to drive the development and implementation of a multi-year Tim Hortons retail growth strategy. They will be responsible for the P&L for the Tim Hortons non-food retail business, building out a product assortment in-restaurant and via our app / e-commerce platform, in a manner that leverages the power of our franchised business model and positively contributes to the strength of the Tim Hortons brand. Leading a cross-functional team, the VP, Retail will execute product development and partnership initiatives, analyze pricing, margins, industry trends, and manage inventory forecasts to enable and surpass company and franchisee revenue and profit targets across all customers and channels. The goal is to make our Retail offering an incremental traffic driver, and something that Tims is widely known for in addition to its great food and beverages.
