The opportunity:

Cogsdale is looking for a Vice President of Professional Services to join this amazing organization. As the VP of PS, you will have overall responsibility for the Professional Services team. You will work directly with the Executive Vice President, leadership team and managers of the department, to build an enduring organization that delivers financial results and long-term organic growth. We are excited for you to join as an integral part of a motivated executive team, striving to improve our customers experience with our products and services.

What your responsibilities will be:

Planning

• Responsible for overall profitability of the business
• Create and deliver a plan for on-going organic revenue growth
• Maintain a 12-month rolling forecast of revenues and expenses for the business
• Provide detailed, quarterly briefings about the business\xe2\x80\x99s outcomes and goals

Sales

• Participate in Annual User Conference and Regional User Groups
• Provide sales assistance with RFP responses
• Lead creation of deliverables for Statements of Work (SOW)

Leadership

• Act as a mentor to direct reports and high-potential employees to ensure continued talent development within the organization
• Supervise the department leaders and provide them with coaching and advice
• Provide proactive customer follow-up, communication & issue management
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• Work with the division management team to establish long-term strategies for all product lines
• Act as an escalation point for customers

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience managing a department or a business
• Demonstrated experience with ownership and management of a P&L
• Experience managing multi-functional group of more than 20 people
