Position Summary





The Vice President of Sales will lead the development and execution of sales strategies across 11 distinct foundries, each with unique objectives and capabilities. This executive role provides service and strategic support to a group of General Managers and Presidents, across North America, ensuring alignment and prioritization of sales and marketing efforts executed by the sales and marketing team.



Experience in sand casting and/or Foundry Sales is highly desirable.




Key Responsibilities




Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the diverse capabilities and goals of each foundry to maximize new revenue growth and market share. Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships across multiple independent companies. Coach, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers to enhance team performance and ensure execution of sales strategies and plans. Support ongoing skills development of the sales team, and identification and introduction of technology to both enhance sales effectiveness and improve team productivity. Provide recommendations to Foundry General Managers and Presidents regarding changes in customer segments, industries, products and/or inside team members. Develop a strategic cross-selling strategy to capitalize on the collective strengths of the 11 Foundries, to drive new revenue opportunities with both existing and new customers. Introduce, implement and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns, tracking results and adjusting approaches to optimize impact. Establish and maintain systems for real-time activity tracking and sales plan updates, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for all business units. Develop pricing intelligence systems to support competitive and profitable opportunity assessments for all foundries. Work collaboratively with General Managers and Presidents to align sales and marketing efforts with individual foundry and overall corporate business objectives. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, forecast updates, and market trends. Maintain a strong customer and industry network to support business growth and brand positioning. May perform other tasks as deemed appropriate.

Education and Skill Requirement




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales leadership with at least 10 years in senior sales and marketing roles, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors. Technical knowledge or background in sand casting or related foundry processes is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to lead sales efforts across multiple independent businesses or organizational units. Strong business development acumen with a track record of growing revenue in complex, multi-entity environments. Exceptional coaching and leadership skills with experience managing and scaling regional sales teams. Proficiency in developing and utilizing sales and marketing systems and analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



Work Environment




This role requires collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and independent companies. Travel and an onsite presence is necessary to support new business development, foundry relations, customer acquisition and team development.
