Vice President of Finance (FP&A)

to join their executive team. Reporting directly to the

President

, this role will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to drive business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead

financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. Provide high-level financial insights and recommendations to the

President and executive team

. Develop financial models and reports to assess company performance and identify growth opportunities. Ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency across the organization. Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategy with business goals. Oversee and optimize the use of

Yardi Voyager 7S

, ensuring best practices in financial reporting and management. Present financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and board members.

Qualifications:

10+ years

of progressive experience in financial leadership, with a focus on

real estate, development, and property management

. Strong expertise in

FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning

. Experience working with

Yardi Voyager 7S

is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders. CPA, CFA, or MBA designation is required.
