The VFX Production Assistant provides administrative support to the production team through the course of a project, from pre-production to final delivery.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day project support for production by managing calendar updates, preparing meeting rooms, organizing documents and files and updating databases;
  • Receive and transfer sensitive material related to projects to and from clients, and ensure it is shared with the appropriate people internally;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during data transfers, review session and delivery scripts;
  • Catalog and manage all reference and client materials;
  • Take, receive and disseminate internal and client shot notes;
  • Prepare materials and playlists for dailies sessions;
  • Escalate any issues promptly to the VFX Coordinator.
Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative position;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office;
  • Strong organizational skills.
