Summary

We are seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic team in Vancouver. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care to our patients while supporting our mission of promoting animal welfare.

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians in examinations and procedures Perform laboratory tests and analyze results Administer medications and vaccines as directed Maintain accurate patient records Educate pet owners on health care and wellness Monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures Prepare animals for surgery and assist during operations Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Certified Veterinary Technician or equivalent experience Strong laboratory skills with experience in diagnostics Excellent communication skills with pet owners and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compassionate approach to animal care Team-oriented mindset with a passion for veterinary medicine
