Job Summary

Locally-owned Veterinary Dental Practice seeking Veterinary Medical Assistant or Veterinary Technical Assistant. Our team is comprised of a small group of individuals with advanced training in veterinary dentistry. We are passionate about providing Gold Standard, veterinary dental care to our patients. Our team is lead by a resident in veterinary dentistry and oral surgery. Our beautiful dental clinic is located in the heart of the vibrant 124th Street business district with plenty of independent restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques nearby. We are looking for a bright and positive person to provide support to our clients, our RVT(s) and our veterinarian(s).

Duties

administration (answering calls) Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies. animal handling and support with patient care. You will also be asked to assist with record keeping and other clinical procedures and tasks Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information in the system. Provide clients with information regarding pet care, medications, and follow-up instructions.

Experience

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is preferred but not required. Familiarity with laboratory procedures is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being is essential.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
