Greenboro Veterinary Clinic is expanding and is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team!
We are seeking a Full Time CCR to join our awesome team. We are a small animal general practice that puts the wellbeing of our staff and patients first.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and an animal lover. Excellent communication and time management skills are an essential part of this role.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients and check in patients.
Answer inbound phone calls.
Schedule appointments for patients.
Provide general office support to clients, as needed.
Process payments.
Fill and dispense medications.
Complete follow up calls.
Qualifications:
Veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
