This is an wonderful opportunity for an organized, motivated, and compassionate individual. In this position,you will play an important part in ensuring our clients and their pets feel cared for, supported, and valued the moment they walk in our doors.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment for pets and pet parents.
Answer a multi line phone system, schedule appointments, and manage bookings effectively, answer voicemails, emails and text messages.
Manage customer accounts and provide support for account-related issues.
screening/triaging for service needs
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and financial services to effectively assist customers.
Maintain the cleanliness of reception, exam rooms, and common spaces.
Skills
Friendly, personal and customer-focused
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented
Experience in the Veterinary field is preferred, but we are willing to train on site for the right individual

Expected hours: 37 - 42 per week
