Veterinary Receptionist

to join our team! Just steps from the ocean, surrounded by cozy locally-owned coffee shops and lush parks, our clinic is as community-rooted as the neighbourhood we serve.

Welcoming clients (both the furry and human kind) with a smile and positive attitude Handling and assisting with animals safely and compassionately Answering phones, booking appointments, managing medical records Filling prescriptions, billing, and processing payments Supporting communication between clients and our veterinary team Helping maintain a clean, organized, and happy environment

What We're Looking For:

Someone who genuinely loves animals and people Great communicator who's calm under pressure and loves staying organized Availability Monday-Saturday (some weekend work required) Previous experience in a vet clinic or customer service is a huge plus--but we're happy to train the right superstar!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
