We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our small animal clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, handling voicemail messages, scheduling appointments and process daily administrative duties. As a receptionist, it is important that you speak professionally with a pleasant voice when answering the phone. The position requires excellent people skills and an ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a smile.
Answer phone calls.
Show clients to their appointments, and schedule appointments according to needs.
Keep office organized and clean.
Tracking of mail, email, and voicemail; keeping inventory updated and current.
Maintaining the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
