Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service
Greet clients
Manage incoming calls
Answer voicemails, emails and text messages
Manage the schedule - including scheduling medical appointments, rechecks, surgical procedures and emergencies
Invoicing and billing
Screening/triaging for service needs
Document and maintain all confidential client information, service data and patient information
Ensure all supplies are stocked the waiting room, reception and exam room areas
General cleaning and maintenance duties
Experience and skills:
On-site training will be provided for qualified individuals
