What You'll Do:
Greet clients and their furry friends with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and process payments efficiently.
Support the veterinary team by ensuring a smooth flow of appointments and operations.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus!).
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
A love for animals and a desire to help pets and their owners.
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
