A brand-new privately owned emergency veterinary hospital is opening in Fredericton, New Brunswick, bringing top-tier emergency and urgent care to the region. As a sister clinic to Port City Emergency Veterinary Hospital, we offer the strength of established support while maintaining an independent, locally focused approach.

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Client Care Representatives (CCR) to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an integral role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in or call. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our veterinary team in providing the best care possible.

As a Client Care Representative (CCR), your responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients and their pets with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, ensuring an efficient flow of clients. Handling patient intake and accurately entering client and patient information into our EMR system, Instinct or practice management software? Providing clients with clear, accurate information about services, procedures, and estimated costs. Managing payment processing and invoicing. Assisting the medical team with client communication and follow-up, as needed. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Handling client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and care.

What We Offer:

Competitive Hourly Wage: $18-$22/hr., dependent on experience. Flexible Rotational Shift Work: 4 on / 4 off covering 7am-7pm, 10am-10pm, 12pm-12am.
