Seeking a full time client care specialist to work in a high-paced general practice and emergency veterinary clinic.
This position is full time, on a 4 day on, 4 day off rotation with shift times of 4pm-2am & 9pm-7am.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of client information and medical history
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling appointments and managing client records
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals and their owners
