Position: Veterinary Receptionist

Main Duties:

Answer phones promptly and professionally, booking appointments with precision Provide friendly interaction with clients and animals, ensuring their satisfaction Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entire hospital Welcome clients and efficiently check them in for appointments Manage appointment flow to optimize scheduling Assist with various office-related duties to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

Previous veterinary experience is preferred Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends Passion for animal care and customer service excellence
