Veterinary Receptionist

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars

*



Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries

*



Process payments and maintain accurate records

*



Assist with medical record keeping and client communication

*



Support the veterinary team with day-to-day clinic operations

What We're Looking For:

*



Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (veterinary or medical preferred)

*



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*



Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

*



Proficient with computers and scheduling software (Avimark/Cornerstone or similar a plus)

*



A genuine love for animals and a team-player attitude
