POSITION OVERVIEW
The role of the Client Care Representative (CCR) is to strengthen the human-animal-veterinary bond through exceptional care. Your role is vital to the success of our practice as you are the first and last point of contact the client has with us whether it is in person or on the phone. As a representative of

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus.
Completion of the Veterinary Receptionist certificate is preferred.
