The role of the Client Care Representative (CCR) is to strengthen the human-animal-veterinary bond through exceptional care. QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus. Completion of the Veterinary Receptionist certificate is preferred.
