Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)

to join our team. In this role, you'll be the essential link between veterinary hospitals and their clients, delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring positive, meaningful interactions.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for clients, creating a warm and professional impression. Accurately schedule appointments and surgical procedures. Master multiple hospital protocols, policies, and procedures. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, Messenger, and other platforms. Provide client education on vaccinations, lab tests, pet behavior, and more. Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between clients and veterinary teams.
